Medicine in School
It is our policy that we will administer/help children to administer medicines that are prescribed by a doctor. We will not administer non-prescribed medications.
Parents must complete a form before staff are able to administer medicines and the medicine must be supplied in the original labelled containers. Medicines should be handed into the school office each day, or in the case of inhalers a spare should be obtained to be kept in school.
If your child needs ongoing medication e.g. asthma inhalers please complete a separate medication form available from the office.
